These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Haiku mobile application and related services operated by Meora Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Haiku. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@dailyhaiku.app.
You retain ownership of the haikus and other content you create ("User Content"). By publishing content to the community feed you grant Meora Labs a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app.
You must not post content that is offensive, harmful, unlawful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
Free trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Billing. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. Billing occurs through the payment method you provide to Stripe.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then.
Refunds. We offer refunds at our discretion for charges made in error. Contact support@dailyhaiku.app within 14 days of a charge.
The app, its design, prompts, and all content provided by Meora Labs are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Daily Haiku is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meora Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meora Labs is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
